Is there a minimum number of guests required?
During the high season, all receptions booking on a Friday or Saturday must have a guaranteed minimum of 75 guests & a guaranteed minimum of 120 to rent the whole clubhouse. A substantial rental fee may be assessed if you go over your estimated guest count so please be careful with guest planning.

Does Perry Park Country Club cater to more than one wedding per day?
Absolutely not; Perry Park understands that this is a very important day and our staff will be totally focused on your wedding event.

What time can I arrive on my wedding day?
Having some leisure time to prepare for your wedding is important. You want time to relax and enjoy every moment leading up to the ceremony; therefore Perry Park reserves use of the facilities for up to 10 hours on the day of your wedding. You can create your own schedule for those hours, within the 10 hour time frame, up to 11pm.

How many guests can Perry Park accommodate?
We can comfortably seat up to 200 guests for the wedding and reception. Please contact our professional staff to discuss in greater detail.

Can I just have the wedding ceremony at Perry Park?
Yes, but there are a limited number of dates available for ceremony-only weddings. Please ask our wedding coordinator for open dates.

Can I have just a wedding reception at Perry Park?
Yes, if you are having your ceremony at another venue, you may still plan your reception at Perry Park. This is one of the most beautiful venues in Colorado and a perfect place to celebrate.

Can I use my own caterer or bring my own food?
Yes, but you must meet our food & beverage requirements in order for this to be possible. We do have an extensive menu options and our Executive Chef will be available to create any special requests you may have. Of course, you are welcome to bring in your wedding cake, cupcakes or other celebratory desserts. We also offer a variety of pre-ceremony snacks & beverages for you to pre-select while working out your menu choices with the wedding coordinator. All food & beverage purchases are subject to a 4% sales tax & a 22% service charge for the event. (Prices are subject to change.)

Does the Country Club handle vendor logistics?
You are responsible for your outside vendor contracts, such as your music, photography, florals & dessert. While we have a preferred vendor list, we do not require you to use anyone on this list. It is 100% up to you - it's your day after all! If you are interested in hiring a wedding planner to help with those details, please ask our wedding coordinator for more information.

Does Perry Park allow outside liquor?
Unfortunately, Perry Park must provide and serve all alcoholic beverages due to license restrictions. Our professional staff is able to order most fine wines or other beverage requests you may have. We also offer several bar options, including cash bar.

Can I have my rehearsal dinner at Perry Park?
Absolutely, we recommend that you schedule your rehearsal dinner at the time you book your wedding to ensure the date is available. A rehearsal dinner is considered an event and your date will be reserved on the Club calendar.

Can I take photographs on the golf course?
Our golf course is lush and green most of the year, the fairways are enhanced with huge red rock formations and the Rampart Range provides the perfect backdrop. Your wedding photographs will be stunning. Yes, one of our staff members will take you and your photographer on the course for photographs the day of your wedding. We have several iconic red rock formations that will be perfect for your photographs. *Due to event time restrictions & tee times, only the couple will be allowed on the course with their photographer for course photos.

Does Perry Park have Dressing Rooms?
Perry Park offers access to well-appointed dressing rooms for both sides of the wedding party up to 3 hours prior to the ceremony time, as long as that time frame falls within the allotted 10 hours at the venue. As no outside food or beverages are allowed, our wedding coordinator will discuss snack & beverage options available while you are getting ready.

Does Perry Park have indoor facilities for the wedding ceremony?
While most of our weddings take place on the lower deck overlooking Lake Wauconda and the golf course; there are a few different arrangements that can be made to accommodate an indoor ceremony depending on the number of guests. We can also arrange to rent a tent to cover the lower deck.

When do I have to let you know the final number of guests?
Perry Park is able to work with an estimated number of guests for most of the planning period; however, we require a final guest count fourteen (14) days prior to the event so we can order food and schedule staff.

Do I have to use Perry Park’s preferred vendors?
No, you are more than welcome to use your own vendors. We do have relationship with a wide variety of preferred vendors, but offer these as a courtesy and convenience to the wedding party.

Should I provide a meal for my outside vendors?
You most likely will have at least one outside vendor present throughout your entire wedding day; and yes, it would be nice to provide them with a quick bite to eat. Your vendors will receive the same meal as your guests at a reduced rate.

Can we use the golf course?
While there are some day and time restrictions, you can schedule tee times (Tues-Thurs., after 2pm) at the guest rate. Sorry, usage of the driving range the day of your wedding is not possible.

Does Perry Park offer children’s meals and/or discounts for children?
Yes, there are several discounted options available to accommodate the needs of young guests between the ages of 4 and 12. There is no charge for children under the age of 4.

Does Perry Park allow me to bring decorations?
The short answer is yes! Perry Park will have the tables set up to 3 hours prior to your ceremony time, allowing you time to decorate. There are some restrictions that you can discuss with our wedding coordinator & unfortunately, because our staff is seeing to other details for the day, we are unable to help place décor items.

Can I bring in a Band and/or DJ?
Music will get your guest up on the dance floor or tapping their feet in rhythm to the beat; adding to the fun and enjoyment of everyone. Whether you choose a live band or DJ, Perry Park can accommodate them. Please note that they must provide their own equipment as PPCC does not have an audio system for use during the ceremony or reception.

What is Perry Park’s Service Charge and Tax Rate?
Perry Park has a 22% service fee and 4% tax rate.
